The Giant In The Zoo

Caged also chained she stands and rocks.

When the man whips then she stands on her hind legs to the audiences pleasure…

Structurally she is whole but she is broken.

So for days between visits she is penned in tight, alone and fed hay and grain.

She still refers when she was free with her family.

Her son and herd roaming across the broad horizon…

She used to resist and they would beat but not kill her.

She is trapped in her body.

Rocking like the clock tick tocking.

 

El Gigante En El Zoologico

Enjaulada, y encadenada, se pone de pie y se arulla.

Cuando el hombre la azote ella se para en dos patas, para el publico es un placer..

Estructuralmente ella esta intacta, pero por dentro, esta rota.

Por dias, en medio de visitas, ella asta enjaulada, sola, ailimentandose de granos y heno.

Ella aun se acuerda cuando era libre junto a su familia.

Su hijo y su manada a traves del amplio horizonte..

Ella solia resistirse y ellos la golpearian pero no la matarian.

Ella esta atrapada dentro de su cuerpo.

Arrullandose como el tic tac de un reloj.
